The National Highway Agency is responsible for planning. the construction of the Hub-Dureji-Dadu Expressway, also known as the M-7 (NHA). It is the southernmost point of the road that runs north-south from Islamabad to Karachi. A decision  made to build a 270-kilometre highway. which taken to connect other cities to the existing highway network. It will consist of six service centers connected. to the recently opened M-6 (Sukkur-Hyderabad Expressway).
